Seedstars
Seedstars is a Swiss group of companies that backs entrepreneurs in emerging markets across Latin America, Africa, MENA, Asia and Eastern Europe. Instead of one flagship cohort, it runs many programs, often funded by donors or partners: Academy, Acceleration, Growth, Investment Readiness, Expansion and Resilience. Each call has its own region and terms. Seedstars also manages VC funds, including Seedstars International Ventures and Seedstars Africa Ventures, which announced a $42M first close in Dec 2024, and with iGravity it co-manages the SECO Startup Fund.
