SETsquared is an enterprise partnership of six research universities: Bath, Bristol, Cardiff, Exeter, Southampton and Surrey. It runs university-linked business incubation centres across southern England and Wales. Tech founders join on paid membership rather than a fixed cohort, and SETsquared takes no equity. It also runs support programmes such as ICURe for commercialising research, and it reports more than 5,000 companies incubated.
