TAQADAM is King Abdullah University of Science and Technology's (KAUST) startup accelerator, run in partnership with Saudi Awwal Bank (SAB). It is a six-month hybrid program. It starts with a pre-accelerator bootcamp, and teams that advance receive $40,000 in non-dilutive funding, mentorship and workshops. The top startups at the annual showcase receive a further $100,000 each. It accepts founders of any nationality, but international startups need a plan to expand to Saudi Arabia within a year.
